A Rising Star in Bangsar – One Menerung

I have recently confirmed a job at this One Menerung located in the heart of Bangsar, one of the most desirable address in KL. Even thou it is situated at a bustling urban area but every characteristic of one Menerung is enhanced by its exquisite greenery so the buyer know they gets the best of both world. Bangsar Shopping Centre is just a stone throw away, the neighborhood’s favorite hangout area.

I personally love this development very much, chic modern concept for the interior design will perfectly fits into place but most importantly every aspect of the design must blend in well with the green environment.

THE OVAL,KLCC – special invitation launching night

I have recently attended The Oval special invitation launching night, the food was really good catered by Delicious restaurant, back to The Oval; it’s a 41 stories of super luxury condo located at the heart of the most prestigious area of Kuala Lumpur. Surrounded neighbour are finest restaurant, embassies, five-star hotels and walking distance to KLCC.The architectural of the condo was impressive, two glass facade building arise in the shape of oval with coloured LED illumination. The showroom’s has a dramatic panoramic night view of the KL city while looking out from the balcony.

Several inspirations and ideas for the Interior Design works immediately striped into my mind. Below are the shots taken from the respective night.

Buying property is like having a baby as you spend so much time and effort on it expecting and seeing it to grow every single day. I have recently sold 2 child of mine, my eldest son Mr Ritze and youngest daughter Miss Windsor. The design, renovation and every single piece of furniture, wallpaper and accessories is done and chosen by myself. Inside the house contains sweet and memorable moments of mine. Fully furnished the unit has made me sold both property at a price higher than the market value.

This blog is to keep a remembrance of them, gonna miss you guys !
