A very nice client of mine doing minor renovation for her living and masterbedroom. Dark wood nyatoh ply and white glossy spray paint are the main material used for the house to create a gradient contrast and wallpaper are used to tone down the panel to create a cozy interior space.

Emperor Classic – Ampang Bungalow

To create a Classic Interior design, there are few issue to be take note of. Firstly; classic is to step in to tradition so no modern element or contemporary afflunce should be allow. Secondly, a strong focal point must be create to impress, strong feature like large fireplace, golden staircase or grand dining table. thirdly; colours are inspired by the nature, common colours used are gold, yellow, beige or even black to outline some of the area. Lastly; material chosen should include fabric and geometric marble or stone flooring pattern can be create to enchance the classic theme.

Mr Raj the owner of the bungalow is a big fan of english emperor classic style of interior design, gold is his favourite colour. Here’s the 3d visual drawings of his house by Desigva Design.

Waldorf Tower – Modern Contemporary in red

The Interior design of this house at Waldorf Tower, Sri Hartamas is a wedding gift to my best friend Belle and her husband Jason.

Knowing her for more than 10 years, i am designing this house to suit her taste and also using her favourite Red colour. Red is a warm colour full of passion and character so i have to choose the lightest white as the base colour and also adding in the frame-less mirror for the cabinet door in order to cool it down. A beautiful chandelier is also used to add the elegance touch to the place.

1000 sq ft of total built up, the tricky part of designing the house is the the space spanning and how to make use of every corner making it trendy yet practical. TV feature in the living is adjoining with the cosy dining corner all the way to the foyer at the entrance. Firstly is to utilize the space and secondly is putting the “whole” concept and theme together. Desigva Design has completed the renovation works in a duration of 50 days.

3D drawing VS completed photo

3D drawings that we presented to client is important as that is the only way client gets to visualize exactly how their house will look like, how’s the colour theme and material used upon completion therefore we always try to get it as close as it will turn out to be. With the latest teachnology software, we are using 3d max with ray and able to achieve at least 80% alike with the outcome. These are some of the examples of completed jobs below:
